Proposition KIDS: Shall the Board of Education of the Montgomery County R-II School District be authorized to borrow money in the amount of Sixteen Million Dollars ($16,000,000) for the purpose of constructing, furnishing, renovating, and equipping school buildings and related facilities for school purposes which may include, but are not limited to, (1) construction of a new elementary school facility on the high school/middle school campus and (2) renovations and additions to the Jonesburg Elementary School building, and to issue the general obligation bonds of the Montgomery County R-II School District for the payment thereof?
