Voter ID: Victory!

It's 6:10pm CDT (by my clocks) and Voter ID is down for the count for now.
But the campaign donation limits are gone, until someone sues and wins. So today wasn't all good.
Still, as the clock ticked down, HJR 48 died a quiet death. We'll see if a special session is in the future.
So, how did the legislature screw up or excel in 2008?
