Shall the Board of Education of the Higbee R-VIII School District, Missouri, borrow money in the amount of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,200,000) for the purpose of providing funds for the construction, equipping, and furnishing of a media center, classroom and restrooms; to complete other remodeling, renovation and repair improvements to the existing facilities of the District including a fire sprinkler system, air conditioning improvements and elevator installation; and issue bonds for the payment thereof?
